Cancellation policy

Our Subscribe & Save option is a recurring order: you choose a flavor and a delivery frequency, and we send it automatically on that schedule until you tell us to stop.

The deal: Subscribe and save up to 20% off every order versus one-time pricing — monthly (20% off), every 2 months (15% off), or every 3 months (10% off). The discount applies to every recurring order, not just your first.

Minimum: Our 2-bottle minimum applies to subscriptions too — a subscription order must include at least 2 bottles (mix any flavors).

Billing: Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, we automatically charge the payment method on file at the start of each delivery cycle — at the discounted price, plus any applicable shipping and tax — and ship on your chosen frequency. Prices and product availability may change; if a price changes, we'll let you know before your next order.

Manage or cancel anytime — no fees, no commitment: Log in to your Olive Acre account (we'll email you a link) to skip a delivery, change your flavor or frequency, update your address or payment details, pause, or cancel. Changes and cancellations take effect on your next order, so make them before your next billing date to apply to that cycle. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund an order that has already been placed (see our Refund policy).

Shipping: Subscription orders ship under our standard Shipping policy.
